How to create a themed feast from the idea stage through research, planning, budgeting, preparation, and delivery. Topics include: sources, quantity cookery, case studies, food safety, working with modern entities (aka site owners).
 
 
3pm - Brewing with Alternate Grains

Equipment and Methods - The brewing class is a discussion of the equipment and techniques for all-grain brewing. I cover a few easy period recipes for getting started.
